Moments in Movement

“All that is important is this one moment in movement. Make the moment important, vital, and worth living. Do not let it slip away unnoticed and unused.”                         ― Martha Graham

The Saint Helena Forum presented an exciting webinar that investigated how it’s possible for a dance company founded by a woman born in the 19th century to remain innovative, creative and relevant to an audience born in the 21st.
